What Does a Wedding Officiant Do?
As a legally ordained wedding officiant, I have the honor of performing legally binding marriage ceremonies across the state. My role is more than just reading vows ,I help guide couples through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives with clarity, warmth, and personalization.

My Responsibilities as Your Officiant:

Legally solemnize marriages under Illinois law

Draft and deliver a personalized ceremony (religious, spiritual, or civil)

Ensure the marriage license is properly signed and filed with the county clerk

Meet with the couple (virtually or in-person) to plan ceremony details
-
Offer guidance on vows, rituals, or ceremonial structure

Arrive early, coordinate with other vendors, and professionally officiate the event
How Services Can Be Provided:

In-person ceremonies at any venue (indoor, outdoor, courthouse, backyard)

Elopements or micro-weddings
-
Last-minute bookings (when another officiant cancels or is unavailable)

Rehearsals and ceremony walk-throughs (if requested)

Custom script writing and vow coaching

Travel available throughout Illinois (with mileage fee outside local area)
